What fair means here
- Within 5% of the bigger side: fair by the numbers.
- 5% to 15%: a slight edge.
- 15% to 30%: a clear win for one side.
- 30% or more: lopsided.
The band is a display aid. Your league still decides veto rules. Many leagues veto only for collusion, not for a bad deal.
